The short version: Portens does not collect personal data. No sign-ups, no telemetry, no background tracking: just the game. To be specific, here is what we do not collect:
Personal information such as names, usernames, or email addresses
Device identifiers, IP addresses, or hardware details
Gameplay statistics, session length, or in-game behavior
Location or movement data of any kind
Everything you do in Portens stays on your headset. We never see it, store it, or share it.
3. Data Processing
Since no data is collected by Portens, there is nothing for us to process or analyze. The game runs entirely on your local device, and no information is ever transmitted to our servers or any third-party service on our behalf.
4. Data Deletion
Because we never collect your data in the first place, there is nothing stored on our end to request deletion of. Uninstalling Portens from your device is all it takes to remove any local game files, with no account deletion or data removal requests needed.

While we have no plans to change our approach to data collection, we reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy if needed. Any changes will be reflected here with a revised effective date, and we will communicate significant updates clearly.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or playing Portens ("the Game") on Meta Quest, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not install or use the Game.
2. License Grant
Hypnos Team and Farmear Games grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use Portens for your personal, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and the policies of the Meta Horizon Store.
3. Ownership
Portens, including all characters, artwork, audio, code, and related materials, is the intellectual property of Hypnos Team and Farmear Games. No ownership rights are transferred to you under this license. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract assets or source code from the Game
Redistribute, sell, rent, or sublicense the Game or any of its content
Use the Game to harass, defame, or harm others
Use the Game in any way that violates Meta's Code of Conduct or applicable law
5. Updates and Availability
We may update, modify, or discontinue features of Portens at any time. We do not guarantee that the Game will be available indefinitely, free of interruptions, or compatible with all future hardware or software versions.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Portens is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Playing the Game in VR may cause motion discomfort in some users; please follow Meta's health and safety guidance.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hypnos Team and Farmear Games shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Argentina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory local consumer protection laws apply.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Game after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
The creature keeps finding me. What am I doing wrong?
Portens' threat can't see you, it hears you. Every action and movement adds to a noise meter, and once it crosses a threshold, the creature is alerted and starts hunting. Move slowly, limit unnecessary use of your lantern, and use the "Las Brujas" car as a safe zone to plan your next move.
Where can I save my progress?
You can save and manage your inventory in the station's safe zone, the "Las Brujas" car.
I'm experiencing performance issues or crashes.
